The Hispanic Institute for Life and Leadership (The H.I.L.L.) is the only workforce development and professional development organization focused on the Latino labor force in northeast. We are committed to bridging the growing demand for the best and the brightest Hispanic candidates. Our goal is to help you produce the highest yield between the employer/employee relationship you need in order to make inroads with this vital consumer base.

Florida's Hispanic population ranks third in the nation, making statewide demand for bilingual English/Spanish employees a priority for Northeast Florida. The H.I.L.L. helps the Hispanic labor force and business leaders build skills that are mission critical for this ethnic demographic. Our programs combine multiple learning settings from guest speaker programs to clustered workshops, or one on one coaching that connects to major business themes impacting Latinos.
